Shipping Policy

Order processing time is 3-4 business days prior to shipment. We only ship to the USA. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Package. Free shipping is offered on orders of $75+ which will automatically be applied at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.

Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. During holiday seasons, prices will increase for shipping with USP.

We are not responsible for USPS delays due to COVID-19. 

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being entered at the time of ordering. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. Once we give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with your local USPS prior to emailing us about your order to discuss further action.

We are not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. We package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at the email StickByYouBoutique@gmail.com with a photo and the order number and we will determine if the product is replaceable. You will be responsible for shipping.

Refund Policy

Due to how our product is used, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If product arrives damaged, see the 'Shipping Policy' for instructions on how to handle this situation.

Custom Earring Policy

1. Ordering Process:

To place a custom order, please fill out the google form (at
this link https://forms.gle/sSgBXA6h5PirEpoQ6)
in its entirety. We will respond to you by your provided email address or
social media account within 48 hours to confirm the details, go over any
additional questions and provide an estimated turnaround time and price.

2. Contract & Payment:

Once we confirm your order, a contract will be emailed to you
once all the details are worked out. This contract must be signed and sent back
prior to starting the custom earrings. An invoice will then be sent to you via
email, and this must be paid in full before we begin work on your custom
earrings. You will be responsible for shipping costs ($3).

3. Design Process:

Once we have all the information we need regarding your
desired custom earring design, we will begin creating prototype(s) of your
earrings. At this time, let us know all changes that are to be made. Once you
finalize the design, we will begin the processes of making your very own custom
earrings.

4. Turnaround Time:

The time it takes to create your custom earrings will depend
on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We will provide an
estimated turnaround time when we confirm your order. Please note that we
cannot guarantee a specific completion date. If you need these earrings by a
certain date, please give us a few months’ notice to ensure you receive them
prior to your engagement. Allow up to a week for USPS delivery, longer for
holiday seasons.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the custom nature of our earrings, we do not offer
refunds or exchanges. However, if your earrings are damaged during shipping,
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange a
refund or replacement.

6. Care Instructions:

To ensure the longevity of your custom clay earrings, please
follow our care polymer clay earring instructions.

7. Copyrighted or Trademarked Designs:

We will not complete custom earring orders that use any
copyrighted or trademarked image, saying, phrase, word, design, etc. Completing
these orders would be an illegal and unethical act. Designs will be completely
custom.
